This note explains what we do with the details you share through the form on this site. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Only what you type into the form: your name and email, and, if you choose to share them, your property's location, whether you own or are buying, how often you're there, whether it's let, the services you're interested in, where you're based, and any notes.
To contact you about the Faro pilot, arrange your free home check, and understand what owners in the area need. That's it. We rely on your consent, which you give by sending the form.
We do not sell your details or share them for marketing. The form runs through our website host, Netlify, which stores submissions securely so we can read them. If we later use an email tool to stay in touch, we'll name it here.
We keep your details only as long as the pilot needs them. If it doesn't go ahead, or you ask us to, we delete them.
